Hawaiian Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. melted oleo
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2/3 c. flaked coconut
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk, sugar, flour, lemon juice and margarine. Beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, or until center of pie is set.
Cool and serve.
