Walking Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Rosita refried beans
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 small can diced olives
1 small can Ortega chilies
1 large tomato, diced
1 jar Victoria salsa picante
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) guacamole dip (hot)
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Fry beef with taco seasoning; cook until liquid is reduced. Place meat in a large pan or casserole dish.
Layer refried beans on top of meat.
Layer on onion, chilies, olives and tomato.
Pour salsa over top, then sour cream and guacamole dip.
Top with cheese.
Put in oven until cheese melts.
