Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in a heavy saucepan.
Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Do not stir again.
Cook to soft ball stage.
Add butter and place pan in cold water.
Add vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Put into buttered pan.
