Cherry Pecan Logs - cooking recipe

5 Tbsp. Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp. Rum Flavoring
2 1/2 c. Confectioner's Sugar
1 c. Coarsely Chopped Candied Cherries
14 Caramels
1 1/2 c. Coarsely Chopped Pecans
Preparation

Fondant Base:
Combine 2 tablespoons evaporated milk and rum flavoring in mixing bowl; stir in sugar until blended.
Knead until smooth and shiny, to make logs.
