Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 whole eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and Wesson oil.
Beat eggs and add.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add slowly to egg mixture alternately with carrots and nuts.
Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
