Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box wheat bran cereal with raisins
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar (may use part brown)
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Mix in very large bowl.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Make a well in the center.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and shortening.
    Stir together.
    Cover and store in refrigerator.
    Use as you wish to make breakfast muffins.
    Will keep up to two weeks in refrigerator.
