Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. potatoes, sliced
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese of your choice
    1 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Put vegetables in bottom of greased casserole dish, starting with onions.
    Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
    Spread on top of vegetables 1/2 of the cheese.
    Brown ground beef until gray in color.
    Spread over cheese.
    Spread tomato soup over ground beef.
    Bake, covered with lid or loose foil, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove lid or foil.
    Spread with other 1/2 of cheese.
    Bake 10 or 15 minutes longer.
