Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie shells
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    2 c. half and half
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    salt to taste
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Mix half and half with eggs in a large bowl.
    Season with salt and nutmeg.
    Layer cheese and spinach in pie shells.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Spinach can be omitted or tomatoes can be substituted for spinach.
