Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. softened butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
dash of salt
1 c. or slightly less chopped walnuts
Preparation

First, make a syrup by bringing 3 tablespoons butter, brown sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan.
When it boils, remove from heat.
