Fudge Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
Add nuts and set aside.
In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, then fold in chocolate mixture.
Spoon into paper lined muffin cups.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Do not overbake.
