Penne Con I Broccoli(Pasta With Broccoli) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    13 oz. penne, cooked al dente
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    6 Tbsp. grated pecorino cheese
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1 can peeled tomatoes, sieved
    2 lb. broccoli
    6 anchovy fillets in oil, mashed
    1/4 c. pine nuts
Preparation
    Soak the raisins in lukewarm water to cover until needed. Heat half the oil in a skillet over moderate heat.
    Add the onion and saute until translucent.
    Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour to reduce the sauce.
