Company Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon jello
    3 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 bananas, cubed
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows (optional)
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water; cool.
    Add drained pineapple, marshmallows and bananas; chill until firm.
    Heat pineapple juice on top of double boiler (or just in pan).
    Combine sugar, flour and egg; mix with pineapple juice and cook until thick, stirring until cool, then stir or beat in cream cheese while mixture is hot.
    Spread over gelatin.
    Makes a lot!
