Creamed Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 8 oz. frozen crabmeat
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain and slice canned or frozen crab.
    Reserve a little for garnish.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add green onions and mushrooms.
    Saute until tender.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk gradually, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Stir in crab.
    Serve over toast or patty shells.
    Sprinkle with reserved crab and parsley.
    Makes about 4 servings.
