Chocolate Mousse Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet real chocolate chips
    3 Tbsp. water
    4 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chips and water in top of double boiler or microwave. Beat egg yolks with sugar; blend in melted chocolate.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture with whipped cream.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into 8 sherbet dishes or wine glasses.
    Chill 6 hours.
