Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. c. sour cream
Preparation
    Chop squash and cook in salted water until tender.
    Add soup, onion and sour cream.
    Melt butter in pan and stir in stuffing mix. Place a layer of the buttered stuffing mix in a casserole dish. Add the squash and top with another layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
