Crisp Squash-Pepper Toss(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. each: dried whole basil, oregano and thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 lb. yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. light kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add squash and cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add onion, garlic, pepper and olive oil.
    Toss gently. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes and add kielbasa.
    Toss.
    Cover and microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
