Ham Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) Hormel chunk ham
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise.
    Add ham and all other ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Refrigerate until firm (overnight).
    Roll into ball or place in small dish.
    Cover with chopped pecans.
    Serve with fancy crackers.
