Lo-Cal Mocha Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. water
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. hot strong coffee
    7 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and water.
    Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes; cool. Add more water, if necessary, to make 1/2 cup.
    Sprinkle gelatin over this to soften.
    Add Sweet 'N Low and hot coffee.
    Mix until gelatin is dissolved.
    Pour into four pretty glasses.
    Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
