Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. meat
    1/4 c. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Put in large bowl.
    Mix sauces and spices and marinate meat overnight (12 hours).
