Baked Apples And Cinnamon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Apples cored, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
    Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
    Stir, and continue microwaving for another 4 minutes.
    Stir again.
    Apples should be fork tender. If necessary microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes. Serve as a topping over low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt or eat alone.
