Spinach Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

3 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation

Defrost frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water with paper towels.
Mix ground beef and bread crumbs together.
Beat eggs together and add to ground beef mixture; mix well.
Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to ground beef mixture, mixing well.
Put ground beef mixture in a 10 x 13-inch loaf pan.
Flatten out meat loaf mixture and add spinach to center, spreading out lengthwise.
Close
up meat loaf by wrapping meat mixture around spinach securely.
Spread mushroom soup over top of meat loaf.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 to
1 1/4 hours.
