Brownie Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/3 c. very hot water
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
12 miniature milk chocolate covered peanut butter cups
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg; beat 50 strokes with spoon.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full. Press peanut butter cup into batter until top edge of candy is even with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until brownie is set.
Do not overbake.
Cool completely.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
