Snow Peas And Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. snow peas
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 scallions, cut 2-inch length
8 oz. can water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
In oil pan or wok, heat oil; add vegetables.
Cook until tender; add sugar and broth.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
