Shrimp-Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
    1 lb. peeled, deveined, medium size shrimp
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 lemon slices
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
    Remove scales from stalks. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
    Steam in vegetable steamer for 3 minutes.
    Rinse with cold water; drain.
    Arrange asparagus in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Place shrimp over asparagus.
    Set aside.
