Ripe Tomato Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes
    3 c. celery
    2 c. onions
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. mix pickling spices
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop and mix the first 5 ingredients and let set overnight. The next day, drain chopped mixture and add the next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer this mixture for 15 minutes.
    Pour into canning jars and put in water bath for 10 minutes.
