Spareribs With Onion Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork spareribs
    3 c. sliced onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut ribs in 3 or 4 rib pieces and put in foil lined pan.
    Roast at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    Saute onions and garlic until onions are limp.
    Add vinegar, chili sauce, sugar, marjoram, allspice, mustard and Worcestershire.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour onion sauce over ribs.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 until ribs are tender.
    If ribs brown too fast, cover with foil.
