Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts or raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Sift flour into large bowl.
    Beat eggs and add with rest of ingredients to flour.
    Mix well, scraping bowl often.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let cool in pans or on wire rack.
    Store in plastic wrap or wrap in freezer paper and freeze.
