Cabbage In A Pan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 qt. green cabbage, shredded and tightly packed
salt and pepper
bacon, crumbled (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
Add cabbage; cover to hold in steam.
Cook on low to moderate heat (about 8 minutes) until tender.
Season to taste, adding crumbled bacon if you like.
