Coconut-Chocolate Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    4 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips with milk over hot water; remove from heat.
    Add vanilla, salt and confectioners sugar.
    Chill mixture until firm enough to shape, approximately 1 hour.
    Place half of mixture between sheets of wax paper and shape into a log.
    Repeat with remaining mixture.
    Now roll logs in coconut until heavily coated.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill until ready to slice.
