Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. zucchini squash, peeled and grated
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
-
Beat sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Makes two loaves.
Put in greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
