Snickerdoodles(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar (for rolling)
    1 tsp. cinnamon (for rolling)
Preparation
    Cream butter in large bowl.
    Add sugar gradually; mix.
    Add egg; mix.
    Add sifted dry ingredients (except sugar and cinnamon). Roll dough into balls; roll each one in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
