Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal (mix and cool)
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, creamed together
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
