Pears Au Chocolat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh pears
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Peel pears.
    Combine sugar and water in medium saucepan. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes or until soft.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Cool pears.
    Pour chocolate sauce on pears.
