Bacon Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Shred lettuce and onion into bowl.
Fry bacon until crisp. Lift out with slotted spoon and add to lettuce.
Pour bacon drippings from pan, then
return 2 tablespoons.
Stir in remaining ingredients, heat to boiling, then cool to warm.
Drizzle over lettuce.
Toss to mix well.
Delicious.
