Jewish Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples, peeled and sliced
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix apples, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon;
marinate. In large bowl combine eggs, sugar and oil.
Beat until creamy. Add vanilla and orange juice, beating until well blended.
Add flour, baking
powder
and
salt, beating until well blended. Grease and flour a tube pan.
Place layer of marinated apples in pan
and cover
with half of batter.
Add another layer of apples
and remaining batter.
Top with apple slices.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
