Celery-Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped pared apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
Add cinnamon candies to 1/2 cup boiling water; stir to dissolve.
Add enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
Add to dissolved Jell-O.
Cool until partially set. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1-quart mold or 6 individual molds; chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
