Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    14 graham crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add baking powder, sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in pecans and graham crackers.
    Pour into buttered dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes its own crust as it bakes.
