Eddie'S Famous Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. cooking oil or melted butter
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. cold water

Preparation

In an ungreased 8-inch square pan, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Make 3 indentations in the flour mixture and pour the oil mixture evenly into them.
Pour cold water over top of it all and stir until smooth.
(Be sure to mix well in the corners.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until tester comes out clean.
