Colache - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow summer squash (1 3/4 lb.)
    3 ripe tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    4 ears corn
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes; remove seeds and dice.
    Chop squash.
    Scrape corn from cobs.
    Heat oleo in large skillet.
    Add onion; cook 5 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook on low 15 to 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
    Serves 6.
