Chestnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. bread
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Shell and blanch chestnuts; cook in boiling water until tender.
    While still hot, rub them through a sieve.
    Add the other ingredients.
