Ingredients
    4 red potatoes, shredded or diced with peels
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    Add all ingredients. Cook and turn to desired doneness.
    (Hotter heat for fast browning.)
    Add more margarine if potatoes absorb all the margarine.
