Zucchini Rich Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. zucchini milk (use food processor and puree 2 to 3 zucchini until smooth, then measure)
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
    Mix well. In a saucepan heat zucchini, milk, water and oil until 125\u00b0 (use candy thermometer).
    Then add liquid mixture, then the egg.
    Blend at low speed on electric mixer, enough to get a smooth mixture. Then continue to stir in rest of dry ingredients, using a wooden spoon.
    Makes a sticky dough, but knead a few times.
    Cover and let rise until double in a warm place, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and divide into 24 pieces, forming into balls with fingers moistened with shortening.
    Place in greased round 8-inch pans. Cover and let rise 45 minutes, covered.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool on rack.
