Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. hot diced pepper
    3/4 c. diced bell pepper
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 c. Certo
Preparation
    Run peppers through blender with vinegar.
    Pour into boiler. Add sugar.
    Stir to dissolve and bring to a boil.
    Add Certo and bring to a boil again.
    Skim off foam.
    Do not strain.
    Put in jars and seal.
    This is good with meats.
