Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together. Add vanilla and eggs one at at time; beat after each. Make paste of coloring and cocoa; add to batter. Add rest of ingredients alternately, dry and liquid. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
