Green Beans In Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans, trimmed
    salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/8 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in a pot of boiling salted water (6 minutes).
    Drain and set aside.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Add the drained beans.
    Toss and serve hot.
