Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ears corn, cut from cob
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    butter (size of egg), melted
    2 whole eggs
    buttermilk to make a batter (1/4 c. or more)
    pinch of soda
    pinch of baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Cook in skillet as you would batter cakes.
