Marinated Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 bunch broccoli (cut up)
    1/2 lb. mushrooms (sliced)
    4 to 6 shredded carrots
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil, cool completely.
    Can be served immediately or refrigerated for a few days.
