Tex Mex Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large avocado
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. prepared avocado dip (2 large avocados can be substituted)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. taco mix
1/2 can (10 1/2 oz.) jalapeno flavored bean dip
1/2 can refried beans
1 clove garlic
dash of Tabasco
3 green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped (no seeds)
1 can olives, sliced
shredded cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

Mash 1 avocado with lemon juice and mix with avocado dip.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix in a separate bowl.
Mix bean dip, beans, garlic and Tabasco.
Spread in a clear glass dish.
Top with avocado mixture; spread sour cream mixture evenly over avocado mixture.
Sprinkle sour cream with green onions.
Spread tomatoes over top.
Then layer on the olives.
Cover with Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
Serve with tortilla chips.
