Fresh Lemon Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate

Preparation

Beat egg whites until mixture makes stiff peaks when beater is lifted. Gradually add sugar, beating continuously. Fold in thawed lemonade gently. Freeze in an ice tray.
