Pineapple-Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced bananas
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Dice the bananas; measure the quantity and add them to the dry ingredients along with oil, vanilla, eggs and crushed pineapple.
    Stir and blend, but do not beat.
    Pour into greased tube pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
